PURPOSE FOR ORGANIZING THE GREATER SYRACUSE HOSPITALITY & TOURISM ASSOCIATION

The purpose for which the Corporation was formed include:

(1) the promotion of the mutual interest and welfare of its members who own, are associated with or service hospitality facilities, including hotels, resorts, motels, motor courts, motor inns, bed & breakfast establishments, country inns and similar establishments in the Central New York area;

(2) providing a forum for the legal exchange of information and ideas concerning the hospitality and tourism; and

(3) to engage in other lawful activity to promote the hospitality and tourism industry in the Central New York area.
